What is ECO4?

The Energy Company Obligation 4 (ECO4) is a UK government plan to make homes more energyefficient and eco-friendly. With the government, energy companies will help pay for renewable energy upgrades in people’s homes, especially those who need it the most.

Do I qualify for ECO4 Funding?

ECO4 scheme eligibility criteria have been widened from the last funding grant to include MORE benefits. But what does that mean to you? Very simply put, if you are in receipt of one of the following ECO4 qualifying benefits then you qualify for the ECO4 grants and we can help you…

What if I don’t receive any of the above benefits but I still want my home insulating for free?

We can still help you if you have a low household income or medical condition and live in a property with a low Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating!!

Does the grant have to be paid back?

No there is no payback of the grant at any time. The grant is paid to the installers when the work is complete and you are happy with everything.

I rent my Home - Do I Qualify?

Yes as long as we can get your landlord's permission – we can help with this, in general landlords are more than happy to have the work done as it improves their property at no cost to them.

Do I Need a Survey?

Yes we will need to carry out a survey at your home – this is free of charge and our highly qualified surveyors will discuss all of your requirements and options with you.

How can I benefit from free upgrades?

Your property will need to be assessed to understand which specific improvements would most benefit it. You must own your own home or have permission from your landlord, including a social housing provider or management company.

Who will carry out the installation of the measures?

One of our TrustMark registered installers will install your measures.
